股的旅行社,欧洲旅游巨头TUI持有公司51%的股份,中旅总社持有25%的股份,MB China Invest持有24%的股份。公司目前在中国主要从事欧洲入境旅游业务。

  Q: What business does Tui china do in china aside from inbound?
  问:除入境游外,途易中国在中国还有哪些业务?

  A: Our main focus is inbound (leisure and MICE business) and business with expatriates (within China as well as to foreign countries).
  答:我们的主要业务是入境游(休闲度假和MICE),同时我们也做居住在中国的外国人的旅游生意,国内游或境外游。

  Q: I noticed you’ve flown to Chengdu not long ago talking to local government. Any business development plan in Southwest china?.
  问:我注意到您前段时间飞到成都与当地政府官员会面,在中国西南部有什么发展计划吗?

  A: As a matter of fact, I will fly there again soon. The reason why I was there is to see how we can bring more European inbound groups into that part of China (KLM flies Amsterdam/Chengdu flights 3 times a week) though the market is still small comparatively. Personally I believe that Sichuan has all the elements such as natural beauty, famous UNESCO World Heritage Sites, interesting minority groups and a unique cuisine to become one of the most popular tourist destinations within China.
  答:事实上,我不久又会飞去成都。去成都的原因是看我们如何能带更多的欧洲旅游团队到中国西南部,尽管这个市场相对说来较小。KLM现在每周有三个航班从阿姆斯特丹直飞成都。我个人相信四川有美丽的自然风光、联合国教科文组织评定的闻名遐迩的世界遗产、饶有趣味的少数民族及其独特的菜肴,这些都会让它成为中国最受欢迎的旅游目的地。

  Q: Do you do any preparation for future outbound market opening up?
  问:途易中国是否在为将来出境游市场的开放做些准备?

  A: We already now discuss possible distribution co-operations with various partners. Therefore there is no additional need to prepare since our partner China Travel Services has its’ ready network nationwide. Once the market is opened up, we can move fast to distribute our products and services in the country.
  答:我们现在已经与各类合作伙伴商讨可能的分销合作,同时我们的合作伙伴中国旅行社有其现成的国内网络,故我们不需要做额外准备。一旦出境游市场(对外资)开放,我们即可很快在国内市场销售我们的产品和服务。

  Q: Since the JV agreement signed in 2003, what are the progresses you’ve made in China market?
  问:自从2003年你们与中旅签订合资协议后,在国内市场都有哪些成就?

  A: We have significantly outperformed the market every year. This year alone we will grow by more than 50 %. Based on such fast growth rates we could establish excellent business relations with hotels and other suppliers nationwide. These excellent relations build the foundation and help us to continue our efforts to further distinguish ourselves through quality and high service delivery.
  答:我们每年都做得比同类市场好,单单今年我们的业务增长将超过50%。凭借这样的发展速度,我们能在全国范围内与酒店和其他的供应商建立良好的合作关系。而这些良好的合作关系加上我们不懈的努力又有助于我们在品质和服务上声誉更加响亮。

  Q: What is your national wide(China) business development plan? What types of city will you target first? What are the 2nd type?
  问:你们在中国的业务发展计划是什么?什么样的城市会使你们的首选?

  A: Due to regulatory restrictions we can have only one office in China for the time being. Consequently in the Inbound segment we will continue to enhance our cooperation with our existing partners and for the expatriate business we shall concentrate on Beijing, Shanghai and Canton.
  答:由于政策的限制我们现在在中国只设了一个点。接下来在入境游方面我们将继续促进与我们现有的合作伙伴的协作。在国内居住的外国人方面,我们将主要针对北京、上海和广州。

  Q: Any ready online travel tools/solutions to migrate to China market?
  问:途易有什么现成的旅游工具或解决方案可以移植到中国?

  A: There are various options indeed. However for the time being we concentrate on our current business model and try to further optimize that on all levels.
  答:确实是有多种选择。但是目前我们集中精力在我们现行的业务模式并试图在各个层面将其做得最好。
